Your year of appointments is scheduled in advance at your preferred days and times, with any known holidays or unavailable dates taken into account. Need to make a change? No problem — we just ask for 48 hours’ notice.
- Flexible Monthly Payments
Enjoy beautifully groomed results all year round, with your grooming costs spread evenly across 12 months. No interest. No hidden fees. A fixed monthly payment is set up via Direct Debit through GoCardless, making things smooth, simple, and budget-friendly.

Are You Eligible?
Our VIP Plan is designed for devoted dog parents who want the very best for their pooches, with regular, stress-free grooming all year round. To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, a few simple criteria must be met:
- All Breeds & Beauties Welcome
Whether your dog is tiny and timid or big and bold, we welcome all breeds and sizes with open arms. - Grown-Up Glam Only
Your dog must be a fully grown adult to join the plan, so we can tailor their grooming schedule just right. - Consistent Pricing
Your last two grooming visits must have been within £5 of each other. This helps us set a fair and accurate monthly VIP rate for you. - A Regular Routine
You’ll need to stick to a grooming schedule that suits your dog’s coat and how much maintenance you do at home. This helps us keep their coat in top condition—and makes each visit quicker, easier, and far more enjoyable for your furry friend.
Terms & Conditions
Appointment Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment (e.g., due to holidays or other commitments), please notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to move your appointment; however, it can only be rescheduled by a maximum of one week either side of the original date. All other scheduled appointments will remain unchanged.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), will result in the forfeiture of that month’s VIP payment. Any replacement appointment will be charged at the full ad hoc grooming rate.
Cancellation of the VIP Plan
You may cancel your VIP Payment Plan at any time by notifying us in writing at shabbytochicdoggrooming@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, we will review all payments received and reconcile these against the value of the grooms already completed.
- If a credit is owed to you, this will be refunded via BACS transfer.
- If a balance is owed to Shabby to Chic, payment will be due within 24 hours of receiving the final statement.
