We offer nail clipping as a stand alone service, meaning you don’t need to visit us for our Full Groom or Bath and Blowdry services. Our salon offers a calm and relaxed environment, which helps to reduce anxiety in dogs nervous of nail clipping. We are fully equipped to work with difficult and aggressive dogs, working with you and your dog to provide a solution. It is generally recommended that dogs have their nails clipped every 4-6 weeks, depending on factors such as age, breed, and lifestyle.

All customers new to Shabby to Chic are required to pay a £25 deposit, this is to be paid within 24 hours of making your booking to secure the appointment. If this is not completed, your appointment is at risk of being cancelled.
Shabby to Chic requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the grooming fee. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the grooming fee. All outstanding charges must be settled before scheduling further appointments. Frequent missed appointments may necessitate pre-payment for future bookings.
We operate a strict no dematting policy for the welfare of your dog. If your dog's coat is matted to an extent that it cannot be humanely brushed out, a clipping of the coat will be necessary. A charge of £20 will be added to the standard grooming fee for dogs requiring a clip-off due to matting.
